Detox Diet Plan Update For Day 18

Hi all, In today’s video I talk about my new love for a vegetable drink (well not love, but I don’t hate the taste). Weight loss is increasing again so I think I may have been having too much fruit. I cut back yesterday and had more vegetable and the weight loss went up, so tomorrow should be interesting to see what happens!
